The following instructions are written for clients of our Website Enhancement Service, but others who have a 5pillars Multimedia Personal Website ($200 version) may benefit from this information as well.

Previously we used the ISC ordering screen which defaults to a 10% discount. The ISC ordering screen has been replaced with a new on-line shopping cart which does not automatically default to a 10% discount, as the previous ordering page did. When you order the current version of our enhancements, we will set your default discount to 10% for you, or you can ask us to set a different default discount between 0% and 20%. The default discount is automatically applied to the entire order upon customer checkout.

You can also set the default discount yourself by following these steps:

• Log into www.mynikken.com
• Roll the mouse over "Business Tools"
• Roll the mouse over "Order Processing"
• Click "MyProducts Admin"
• Enter your desired default discount percentage of 0-20%
• Click "Submit Changes"
• Wait for the page to process, then close the window

Note: If you change the discount yourself to a discount other than 10%, then the discount shown on your main web page will also need to be changed. For those ordering the current version of our enhancements, we will make this change for you at no additional charge.
